Learn to skateboard or enhance your skills with SF Recreation and Parks. Skateboarding equipment is provided by SF Recreation & Parks for use during the event. Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment.  

Stay for a raffle of skateboarding apparel (in size small), provided by Thrasher.   

 

Thrasher Magazine celebrates skateboarding as more than just a sport; it's a way of life. They are dedicated to capturing and sharing the essence of skate culture through compelling content, timeless photography and a commitment to supporting and nurturing the worldwide skateboarding community. 

Excelsior Action Group (EAG) is a community-based nonprofit that manages the Excelsior Community Benefit District while supporting local economic development, community-led neighborhood improvements and small business support across District 11 in San Francisco. 

SF Recreation and Parks department, Mobile Rec unit features free non-traditional recreation activities including a rock wall, skateboarding on Fresh Park equipment (ramps, rails and manual pads), disc golf, lawn games and sea kayaking. Equipment for these activities is transported to recreation centers, parks, playgrounds and special events all over San Francisco on Saturdays throughout the year.
