Explore how successful companies design their business models intentionally rather than relying on assumptions. Examine how the structure of a business—not just the idea—determines its sustainability and long-term viability.
The Business Model Canvas is a practical visual framework that helps entrepreneurs think through the essential components of their business, including customer segments, value proposition, revenue streams, cost structure, key partners and more.
During this session, participants will:
- Develop a clear understanding of what a business model truly is
- Explore key design principles within each section of the Business Model Canvas
- Examine strategic considerations and common pitfalls that affect business sustainability
- Reflect on critical decision points within their own business idea through guided prompts
This workshop is designed for entrepreneurs at any stage who want to strengthen the foundation of their business with greater clarity and intention.
