Celebrate the branch's 10th Anniversary with an afternoon of festivities for all ages.

  • The Department of Environment brings the Fix-It Clinic to show you how to get your bike in working order and mend your garments.
  • Enjoy entertainment with a performance by Unique Derique at 12 – 12:45 p.m.

Unique Derique is the Clown Prince of Fools who brings on the fun with comedy, Hambone body drums and juggling. Learn about the history and art of Hambone, and its evolution from Africa to modern North America. Find out what hambone is, where does the name come from, why was it created and what is its significance and meaning. Then experience traditional styles of Hambone body music and find playful rhythms to express a unique Hambone musical style in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. For children and their families.
