Author Kaitlin Solimine will be conducting a creative expression workshop featuring her multi-sensory book, Sleeping Stones, a story about a driven little owl who wants to make a difference. Inspired by Chinese mythology, Solimine weaves a beautiful, adventurous tale about trying one’s best despite imperfect results. Available in English, French and Chinese, Sleeping Stones is a multilingual, multicultural tale.

The workshop will begin with an English story time, followed by a "behind the scenes" talk and creative expression activities. Finally, children will be invited to listen and play with pages from the Chinese and French editions. For more information,  visit www.madeleineeditions.com
