Once again, the Marjorie G. and Carl W. Stern Book Arts & Special Collections Center is hosting its 9th Annual Valentine Broadside Printing Event.  Come experience letterpress printing on our 1909 Albion hand press and walk away with your very own keepsake printed by you!  We will be printing an image from our own collection, with the assistance of printers from the American Printing History Association's NorCal Chapter.  Everyone is invited, but keepsakes are limited to the first 100 guests.

Exercise your power of imagination with programs that encourage hands-on projects for adults. For craft programs, all materials are provided, unless noted.

Find inspiration through craft programs featuring talented artists, makers and even your local librarians. For craft programs, all materials are provided, unless noted.

This program is sponsored by Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
