Teen Intern Kelly documents a conversation with her mother that shares insight into the different times her mother lived in, her Asian-American identity and the difficulties she faces when trying to reconnect with her heritage. For ages 10 and older.

Youth Engaged in Library Leadership's (YELL) 2021 Social Justice & Art cohort focused on using art to creatively explore activism, social justice and history. Teen Intern Kelly is passionate about the preservation of history and time through photographs, artifacts, audio recordings and other archival material. She thoroughly enjoyed learning about and hearing from archivists that allowed her to share her story through video.
