Bring your family and friends to celebrate the branch's open house and the neighborhood's annual Sunday Streets. Enjoy afternoon activities and performances in front of the branch and along Mission Street from Theresa to Geneva Avenue. Revel in car-free community space for businesses, organizations and neighbors to meet and connect.

 

Schedule of activities:

11am Author: Zelmira Aguilar Candiotti: Peruvian author of novels, history and self-help book signing.

11:30am Performance: Tradicion Peruana Cultural Center “Jaranon y Bochinche” Afroperuvian Music & Dance

1pm Performance: Flying Angels Chinese Dance Company

2pm Children's Bike Course and Blending Bike Smoothies with Bicis del Pueblo/PODER

3pm Design Your Own Superhero Mask and Button Making

4pm Sunday Streets End

Summer Stride is the Library's annual summer learning, reading and exploration program for all ages and abilities. Read and learn with the Library all summer long.
