In honor of San Francisco Opera’s centennial, SFPL is partnering to host a series of personal writing and storytelling workshops.

This series of five-week workshops will kick off Saturday, September 10 at five branch libraries plus the Main Library. The full schedule of events: Sept. 10, 17, 24, Oct. 1 and 15.

In each workshop, participants will work with professional writing coaches to build their skills in storytelling and bring people together for creative collaboration.

Participants who are interested may also have an opportunity to have their stories about the City and the arts featured in the Opera’s centennial anniversary events.
