Learn some business financial management concepts, how to effectively manage cash flow, understand your financing options, how to price your product or service, improve your ability to prepare for unforeseen financial difficulties, and acquire skills to increase your company's revenue and improve its profitability. 

Eddie Tang is the Small Business Consultant at the SF LGBT Center where he has been managing their small business program for the last three years. Being a business owner for over 7 years, Eddie is able to draw on his own experience to support the small business. Prior to that, he received his MBA from the University of San Francisco and also served as a Business Advisor and Financial Advisor for a large bank for many years.
