-Covid-19 Testing and Vaccination Centers

-Assistance to apply for discounted meals via SFChampss

-Cal Fresh and Food Banck Services

-Medical/Medicare Applications

-In-home support service (IHSS)

-Case management through the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS)

For questions about the program or help registering, contact sfplcpp@sfpl.org. All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible.
