Learn how to strengthen your leg and core muscles that help keep you upright. Balance is important to living life on your terms. This class will support you in gaining better balance for everyday movement. This is a co-sponsored program with the NextVillageSF.

About our trainer: Jenn Kadri is a certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist. Her philosophy is that a breakthrough in fitness is a breakthrough in life. Kadri has devoted the past 20 years to supporting people in living happier, healthier lives through fitness and nutrition coaching.
