This is a gentle yoga class for all ages and experience levels. We'll move mindfully and slowly to soothe the nervous system, stretch the body and build a little strength and stability along the way. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. A limited number will be available to borrow. TendWell Collective is a San Francisco Bay Area group of wellness professionals envisioning a world where everyone has the resources, access, community, and agency that they need to tend to their own wellness.
