Take a field trip to Alcatraz with Summer Stride 2023 illustrator, K-Fai Steele. We will explore art and activism within an historic prison. Steele will lead drawing exercises through out the guided tour of Alcatraz gardens and hidden spots.  Notebook and pencil provided. 

Space limited. Registration required in-person at Bayview Branch Library.

Participants are invited to stay for the 3 p.m. Formerly Incarcerated Speakers Series on Alcatraz.
