St. Anthony Foundation’s Transitional Employment Program

Learn about St. Anthony Foundation’s Transitional Employment (TE) program. The program provides job training, job placement and support services to eligible participants who will learn job readiness skills and prepare for a temporary job at St. Anthony’s and support to land a full-time job down the road. 

Features of the transitional employment program include: 

  • Pre-employment training including job interviewing practice sessions
  • Opportunity to apply for a temporary position at St. Anthony’s
  • Guaranteed interview for all program participants
  • Once hired, earn a living wage with healthcare and vacation benefits
  • Ongoing training opportunities to learn and grow
  • Preparation for full-time, long-term employment

 

Some transitional jobs at St. Anthony’s include:*

  • Kitchen Assistant
  • Community Safety Services
  • Free Clothing Program Associate
  • Hygiene Hub Assistant
