Learn how to strengthen your body and calm your mind. Join us for a fun session of chair yoga, where we use chairs for support and stability during our practice. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move around in.
No reservation is required. The class remains open until it is fulled (25 people). This class is first come, first served.
About our instructor: Jaime Kuo is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor who focuses on a mindful practice that feels good for the body, mind and soul. Jaime has been a dedicated yogini practitioner for over 10 years. She loves just about everything yoga-related, especially imparting the gifts of yoga with others.
