Develop a story, edit drafts of essays and review examples of essays written by students accepted to top colleges and universities in this course. Learn tools and discover resources to effectively write and submit a Common App essay. Space limited. For 9th–12th graders who live or attend school in San Francisco.

Attending Programs

All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible. For accommodations (such as ASL), call (415) 557-4557 or contact accessibility@sfpl.org. Requesting at least 3 business days in advance will help ensure availability.
