Learn more about bicycle safety, rules and riding safely in San Francisco. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition (SFBC) offers free classes to people who are interested in biking but intimidated by urban traffic. This class covers how to choose a bike, the rules of the road, biking in traffic, handle intersections and avoid collisions. It is part of the two on-bike classes in the Smart City Cycling SFBC series. No bike is required for this class. This class is a partnership with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition.
