Introduce children to the art of mindful breathing and its connection to movement with yoga. For children ages 5 and older.

Through interactive movement and play, your kids will learn valuable techniques to help them stay calm, focused and centered. It's a wonderful opportunity for parents to introduce their children to the benefits of mindfulness and yoga in a playful and educational environment. Vanessa Hutchinson-Szekely is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience in California's public education system. She is also a devoted California-French mom and yoga teacher dedicated to nurturing student growth and development. Hutchinson-Szekely hosts the bilingual podcast "Big Belly Breathing," available in both French and English. The podcast explores mindfulness and wellness, focusing on monthly themes and corresponding breathing techniques to enhance mental and emotional well-being.
