Learn to make fresh salad rolls inspired by Vietnamese gỏi cuốn filled with vegetables and rice noodles, wrapped in edible rice paper and enjoyed with a dipping sauce. The workshop is taught by The Breakfast Project using their Edible Social Sciences curriculum. For ages 6–11. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Space limited.
