Learn the ins & outs of homebuying! Your first home is one of the most important investments you will make. Learn everything you need to know about buying and owning your own home and fulfill the 6 hour first time homebuyer education requirement. 

Topics include:

  • Pros and cons of homeownership
  • Determining how much you can afford
  • Understanding credit
  • Obtaining a mortgage
  • Down payment assistance programs
  • Shopping for a home
  • Maintaining your home

This program includes a 30 minute break. Food and drinks will be provided.
