Author Nina LaCour is celebrating her first chapter book, The Apartment House on Poppy Hill, with aspiring young writers. Join LaCour on a walk around the neighborhood, to observe the things that make your neighborhood special. Discuss local surroundings and use your imagination to turn the place you live into stories. Mother-Daughter Bookclub is for girls ages 9–11 with a favorite adult.
