Create colorful paper collages inspired by the quilters of Gee's Bend, Alabama - a small community of people descended from slaves whose unique patchwork quilting tradition has endured and inspired generations since it began in the 19th Century. For ages 12–18.

Connect to engaging discussions and performances related to the Black community.

More Than a Month recognizes important events in Black history, honors community and national leaders and fosters steps towards collective change. Programming features authors, poets and craft classes.
