Learn basic storytelling techniques and discover your authentic voice in this interactive workshop series. Personal, ageless, inclusive—the art of traditional storytelling is for everyone.

In this session we will be crafting our defining stories.  Defining stories are at the heart of self-discovery and have the power to express our unique identity to others.  Through coaching and partner sharing exercises, you'll craft a story that reveals your most enduring qualities.

Our final session (04/27/2024) will cover family folklore.  Workshop participants are invited to share their stories at our Workshop Participants’ Showcase on Saturday, May 18, 2024.

Registration required.  Call 415-355-2886 to register for one workshop or the whole series.

Presented by Kate Farrell, author, librarian, founder of the Word Weaving Storytelling Project.
