Roasting coffee beans in small quantities at home can be simple, quick, and low-cost. Presenters from Sequoia Fabrica will provide a live roasting demo and discuss a brief history of coffee in San Francisco. Participants will also learn where to get green coffee beans and how to roast with affordable and common household appliances. Rain cancels. Space is limited.
