Mental Health + Self Care: By tackling myths and practicing self love, we start destigmatizing what we know of as mental health issues. Youth will learn how to identify the difference between acute and chronic stressors, know about symptoms that may indicate help is needed, and develop a tool box that will help guide them in the right direction when they need the extra help. For ages 13–18.
