Learn the history, art and traditions of henna from the Arab world with Renda Dabit, henna artist. Dabit shares a brief presentation, gives (temporary) henna tattoos and teaches participants to create their own henna art. For ages 8–18. Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2810. This event requires a signed parent permission form for youth to obtain henna body art.

Renda Dabit with Henna Garden Events is a local henna artist since 1995 and pioneered the art of henna body decoration by opening the first henna salon in Berkeley, California. Dabit shares the history and culture of henna, also known as Lawsonia inermis.
