This event will explore the resiliency of loved ones impacted by addiction and celebrate the success of individuals in recovery. The San Francisco Recovery Summit began in 2018. This year, the summit will feature keynote speeches and a panel discussion with community recovery leaders. It will close with a presentation of community awards recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional resilience, leadership, and compassion in the face of adversity. Registration for this event is now full.

 

Schedule of events:

  • 8:30 AM: Recovery Rally at San Francisco City Hall
  • 9:30 AM: Breakfast at the San Francisco Public Library (SFPL), Latinx/Hispanic Meeting Rooms A/B
  • 10:15 AM: Keynote Speaker #1 (SFPL, Koret Auditorium)
  • 10:40 AM: Keynote Speaker #2 (SFPL, Koret Auditorium)
  • 11 AM: Panel Discussion (SFPL, Koret Auditorium)
  • 12 PM: Community Awards (SFPL, Koret Auditorium)

Programs to support individuals, families and friends who are seeking recovery from addiction, with the aim to raise awareness and build community.

For questions about the program or help registering, contact sfplcpp@sfpl.org. All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible.
