Tour the Castro Farmers' Market with 18 Reasons, learn about the Cooking Matters program, nutrition knowledge in seasonal produce, cooking tips and budget-friendly buys. 

18 Reasons, a non-profit community cooking school offers nutrition, meal planning and budgeting-based tours at the Wednesday farmers market. 

Guests will receive $10 in Farmers Market Dollars to participate in an interactive shopping challenge.
