This Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing with The MATS will provide space for you to slow down, relax and replenish yourself. In restorative yoga, poses are made comfortable with the support of props and held for long periods to allow for the relaxation of your mind and body. A sound bath accompanies these supportive poses. Singing bowls enhance this practice and are also played on the body to further relax your emotional and physical well-being. This class starts with centering then gentle stretching and incorporates mindfulness techniques into each restorative pose. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and bolster.

Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2880 or online
