Immerse yourself in the art of traditional bookbinding with the Bookbinding Club at the library. Discover the intricate process of handmaking a book through time-honored methods. The club meets every 3rd Sunday for a comprehensive lecture, covering the techniques of bookbinding and the specific project for that month. On the 4th Sunday, you'll have the chance to apply your newfound knowledge hands-on, guided by a professional bookbinder. To fully participate in this experience, a commitment to attend both monthly sessions is required, ensuring the completion of your bookbinding project. Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2838.
