Learn about the biology of bees from an experienced beekeeper, view a demonstration hive and taste local honeys. For children and their families. Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2848 or sign up at the reference desk. 

The San Francisco Beekeepers Association works to promote the welfare of honey bees and other pollinators, as well as those who manage or just help to support them. SFBA promotes safe, community-friendly and environmentally-sound beekeeping practices.
