The registered nurse from North East Medical Services (NEMS) PACE will teach everyone how to manage their blood pressure, prevent hypertension, and instruct on how to measure blood pressure. The workshop will be held in in English, Cantonese and Mandarin languages.

東北行健(NEMS PACE)的註冊護士會教大家如何管理血壓,預防高血壓,並教導大家如何測量血壓,現場進行測量。講座將會以英語, 粵語和國語進行。
