Experience the healing potential of regulating your breath and nervous system while honoring past, present and future ancestors in an altar building workshop for QTBIPOC and their allies. Rooted in Healing Justice approaches, this opportunity to be in collective breath together is intentionally scheduled after Election Day and in the twilight of Undas, the Filipino tradition of ancestral honoring, to build space for our collective joy, grief and resistance. Special musical guests, Astralogik will be offering a sound bath for all workshop participants. Breathwork with Kim Acebo Arteche. This event is produced & facilitated by QILIG. Space limited. RSVPs highly encouraged.
