Workshop: Homemade Butter in a Jar

Shake a measure of heavy whipping cream in a glass jar, add a bit of salt and enjoy. There will also be a station of additional ingredients to mix into your butter to make a flavorful spread and a variety of breads to try with your butter.

Discover new flavors, build cooking skills and try something tasty. For food programs, please be aware of food allergies.
