The Bicycle Coalition will present a comprehensive class about everyday bicycling in SF and how to use the Bay Wheels system.

This is a great class for people who already know how to bike but are considering bicycling more in the city, joining Bay Wheels or looking to brush up on city riding skills.

Additionally, free memberships to Bay Wheels will be given out to class attendees.

The first part of the class will cover these topics:

  • Helmet fit
  • Preparing to Ride
  • Rules of the Road
  • Safety Skills & Tips
  • Route Planning
  • How to use Bay Wheels
  • Bike Share for All (for low-income participants)

The second part of the class will be on-the-road training utilizing Bay Wheels.

No bicycle is necessary for this class. We strongly recommend participants bring their own bike helmet!

Space is Limited. Registration Required: (415)-355-2838.
