The staff at Excelsior Library is excited to have you at our open house. This year, the focus is on shining a light on our local partners during this celebration. 

Our schedule:

  • 1-4 PM: Partner organizations in the neighborhood provide information and resources inside and outside the library. 
  • 1-4 PM: Youth chess tournament in the meeting room.
  • 1-4 PM: Crafts zone for all ages in the teen area.
  • 1-4 PM: Baby and toddler play zone in the children's area.
  • 3:30-4:30 PM: Closing performance by Susana y su Orquesta delante.

Attending Programs

All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible. For accommodations (such as ASL), call (415) 557-4557 or contact accessibility@sfpl.org. Requesting at least 3 business days in advance will help ensure availability.
