Curious to try your own hands at making kimchi? Join June Jo Lee, Food Ethnographer and TED speaker, for a kimchi demo, afro-futurist storytelling, and krautchi-making activity. Along the way, we will be kimchi-ing our way through our hot messes and exploring how we are learning to care more about food. We all eat. And so, we all have the power to shape the future. What do you feel is good-to-eat? And how can we make more of that? For ages 12–18.
