Presentation: ADHD-Style Productivity and Supportive Home Organization

Thursday, 6/26/2025
3:00 - 4:30

Discover practical, ADHD-friendly strategies to organize your space, boost daily productivity, and feel more accomplished at the end of the day.

Many ADHDers have made impressive efforts to boost their daily productivity in order to reach personal goals. They have also made marathon efforts to declutter their spaces in order to gain peace of mind. They have read productivity and organizing books, watched the decluttering tv shows, and tried the tactics. Yet for all their efforts, they still feel like they are going in circles, and their self-esteem has taken a hit.

Join Judith Dold, ADHD Coach and Certified Professional Organizer®, to get out of the rut and onto the path of successful efforts towards your important life goals and a space that supports your efforts. In this presentation, you'll:

  • Learn an ADHD model that explains why frustrating daily challenges keep happening, despite daily efforts
  • Discover a critical concept that ADHDers need when designing days and spaces for success
  • Learn steps that fill in the gaps between an intention to get a task done and actually getting it started
  • Learn an ADHD-friendly way to organize spaces that boost productivity towards life goals
  • Discover the underlying Whys that drive your own need for "productivity" and how to harness them for success
  • Move away from the shame that the ADHD struggles can create, and move towards a sense of self-efficacy, knowing you can reach your important life goals and that your spaces can support your endeavors.

Judith Dold, ADHD Coach and Certified Professional Organizer®, has been in business since 2015 to help clients organize their lives and find productivity strategies that actually stick—so they can stop dreaming about big goals and start reaching them.
