These workshops are designed to help people apply for the 730 Stanyan project, as a follow-up to the May 2025 PRE-application workshops. Staff from Bill Soro Housing Program (BiSHoP) will provide assistance with completing a successful application for attendees who bring their required documents.

PLEASE bring a recent proof that you live or work in San Francisco.

 

730 Stanyan has 160 planned units for extremely low to low-income families.

- Unit sizes: Studio, 1, 2, 3 bedrooms

- AMI range: 25% - 80% AMI

- Rent ranges: $786 - $2998 per month

Application Assistance Clinic 2: July 1, 2:30–7:30pm

Attending Programs

All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible. For accommodations (such as ASL), call (415) 557-4557 or contact accessibility@sfpl.org. Requesting at least 3 business days in advance will help ensure availability.
