Make herb bundles with plant medicine grown at Hawk Creek Farm (203 Cotter Street, San Francisco, CA 94112), an educational urban farm located on unceded territory of the Ramaytush Ohlone people providing programs for adults, students and families to develop skills, understanding and love for land stewardship.
4:00 p.m. - Gather and walk from the Excelsior Branch, with an Excelsior Branch librarian.
4:10 p.m. - Herb bundle class with farm educator Sasha Pullman. This class will involve a hands-on activity for children, families and caregivers as well as a tour of the farm. Each participant will leave with an herb bundle of plant medicine grown at Hawk Creek Farm to take home.
