PODER Is proud to introduce a powerful new tool in the fight for immigrant rights: Our “Con Confianza y Sin Miedo” AudioZine. Produced in collaboration with Estudio Plumbago, this resource brings stories of resistance and hope to life through vibrant illustrations and personal narratives. Whether you’re navigating an ICE encounter at home, work, or in public spaces, this AudioZine ensures that everyone—regardless of literacy barriers—has access to life-saving knowledge. The fanzine is available in multiple languages and we are excited to share it with you! Join us for an evening of listening, storytelling, and sharing the process of making this come to life. 

En PODER nos enorgullece presentar una nueva y poderosa herramienta en la lucha de derechos de inmigrantes: El AudioZine “Con confianza y sin miedo." Producido en colaboración con Estudio Plumbago, este recurso da vida a historias de resistencia y esperanza a través de vibrantes ilustraciones y narraciones personales. Ya sea que esté lidiando con un encuentro con ICE en casa, en el trabajo o en espacios públicos, este AudioZine garantiza que todos, independientemente de las barreras de lenguaje, tengan acceso a conocimientos que pueden salvar vidas. ¡VIVA! at the Library is a celebration of Latinx heritage, cultures and traditions. San Francisco has a rich Latinx heritage that is highlighted in a diverse array of exciting programs for all ages, from Spanish/bilingual storytimes to cooking classes, author talks to art and cultural presentations.

While sharing these resources is intended to connect community members with relevant information, the City is not responsible for any content offered or made available through this program and does not endorse these organizations or the accuracy of the advice these organizations may provide. Attending Programs

All programs are drop-in (no registration necessary) unless otherwise noted. All SFPL locations are wheelchair accessible. For accommodations (such as ASL), call (415) 557-4557 or contact accessibility@sfpl.org. Requesting at least 3 business days in advance will help ensure availability.

This program will be conducted in English unless otherwise noted.
