Learn more about what RadiateSF does, hear their stories and explore ways to collaborate. It’ll be a space for connection, celebration and community-building.

Radiate Consulting SF is a newly formed, worker-owned cooperative made up of 14 member-owners, all graduates of the DreamSF Fellowship Program—an initiative designed to empower immigrant youth and fellows with leadership training, professional experience and civic engagement opportunities across San Francisco.

DreamSF opened a powerful path and through it, facilitated lasting connections, professional growth and a shared vision for the 14 graduates and member-owners. That vision led to the establishment of Radiate SF as a cooperative, which means ownership and management of the business together, collective decision-making, sharing responsibilities and creating a democratic workplace focused on equity, transparency and community empowerment.
