Whether you're just starting out or navigating a new challenge, this virtual legal clinic offers one-on-one consultations with volunteer attorneys who specialize in small business issues.

Common topics include:

  • Entity formation: Learn the pros and cons of forming an LLC, corporation, partnership, or sole proprietorship—and how to register.
  • Contracts: Get support drafting vendor agreements or reviewing contracts for customers and collaborators. 

Spots are limited and advance registration is required. Interpreters available upon request.
