Join us for a conversation and Q&A, followed by a gentle Pilates exercise flow featuring the rehabilitative practices with Natalie Garay, author of WTF Happened to My Body? Fixing the Aftermath of Having Kids—No Matter How Long Ago It Was.  This book and program is for women at any age or stage who never fully rehabilitated after having kids. Many of us didn’t even know we needed to. Fast-forward to being 40+ and the combo of skipped rehab + hormonal chaos can feel like a total body explosion. The good news? It’s never too late to restore, rebuild, and feel stronger than ever.

Natalie has spent 20 years teaching Pilates and helping women restore strength and function in their bodies. As a mom of 23-year-old twins and a 21-year-old daughter, she knows firsthand the long-term impact of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She’s shared her expertise in hospitals, clinics, and community settings, both virtually and in person, and is now studying to become a naturopathic doctor to further support women’s health.
