Learn how to leverage the power of community to thrive in your later years.  Over nine-sessions, we will cover the following topics:

  • Overcoming Denial
  • Care and Co-Care
  • Personal Connection and Health
  • Economics of Aging
  • Features and Benefits of Cohousing
  • Communication Skills for Thriving Communities

We will explore how cohousing can adapt to the changes that community members anticipate as they age. Additionally, we will compare the risks associated with cohousing to other types of elder accommodations. The nine-session series will be followed by a field trip to a co-housing site.
