Justin Steele is a fractional Chief Impact Officer and strategic advisor who helps mission-driven organizations align purpose with sustainable funding. He began his career at Bain & Company and The Bridgespan Group and later held executive roles at Year Up, a nonprofit focused on youth development and job training. A nonprofit founder and social innovator, Justin brings a founder’s perspective to achieving lasting impact. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA/MPA from Harvard.
