Author Scott Shigeoka discusses his book Seek: How Curiosity Can Transform Your Life and Change the World, exploring how openness and curiosity can deepen our understanding of ourselves and others. His work resonates with the themes in Dr. Fei-Fei Li’s memoir The Worlds I See, which highlights the power of curiosity, discovery, and human connection to shape both personal journeys and our collective future.

Scott Shigeoka is an internationally recognized curiosity expert, TED speaker, and the award-winning author of Seek: How Curiosity Can Transform Your Life and Change the World. His work focuses on how we can strengthen our well-being and relationships, including as a Fellow at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center. He is also a playwright and artist.
