Receive training on using SFPL newspaper databases and other electronic resources to create, flesh out and fact check local pages on Wikipedia.  

Delivered in collaboration with the Bay Area Wikipedians User Group, this training is for Wikipedia editors with moderate-to-advanced skills. Bring your own laptop to immediately apply what you learn and receive one-on-one support from a librarian from the Magazines and Newspapers Center as you navigate the Library’s website to retrieve information to support your edits.  

Newbies interested in getting involved: receive guidance on becoming an editor from leaders of the Bay Area Wikipedians User Group.
