A place to listen and share about the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly, the gains and the losses of aging and end of life. Change is not easy and yet, it is the only constant thing in life. None of us are immune or alone in approaching aging and end of life, so why not listen and share all of the joy, frustrations, sorrow and warm remembrances together? Though all of us are different, we can learn from each other and know we aren’t alone in this journey.  Led by Robin Lim-Healy, Heartbridge End of Life Doula.

Robin brings a warm, realistic, family centered approach to her practice as a health care practitioner, care manager and End of Life Doula. As a 4th generation first daughter, she followed her mom, since a young age, to help support and care for her grandparents, great aunties and great uncles, uncles and cousins by assisting with health care decisions and management as well as end of life and funeral planning. Coupling that familial experience with over 20 years as an Inpatient/Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant, Robin has seen the ins and outs and the good and the ugly of aging, illness and death in our medical system. Inspired by the amazing patients she has met over the years and recognizing the need for something more than what is currently offered in our healthcare system, she has recently graduated from the Heartbridge End of Life Doula program to be an advocate for patients and their families who are trying to carve out a safe, happy, peaceful place to enjoy longer living and the soul’s departure from our body.
