Curious about keeping chickens in the city? Participate in a fun, hands-on introduction to urban chicken keeping. Learn the basics of starting and caring for a backyard flock from choosing breeds and setting up a coop, to daily care and egg collection. Meet and gently pet friendly backyard hens while discovering how chickens can be both fun pets and sustainable food providers. Perfect for families and aspiring urban homesteaders.
